UNICOM ELECTRIC CORPORATION (UNICOM) warrants its products, excluding testers and industrial grade networking devices, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years.
The warranty is issued to the original buying customer only and is not transferable. If product fails to conform to this warranty during the warranty period, Customer shall promptly notify UNICOM Technical Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on returning such defective product to UNICOM (F.O.B. UNICOM at City of Industry, California) together with proof of purchase. Shipping and/or insurance costs are the consumer's responsibility. Any shipments without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to sender.
This warranty shall not apply to any damage or product failure that is caused by any condition beyond UNICOM's control, including, but not limited to, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation or application, alteration, an act of war, insurrection, civil disturbance, natural disasters, acts of God, or normal wear and tear. UNICOM shall not be liable for any costs of removal or installation. UNICOM's sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at UNICOM's discretion.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. UNICOM MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNICOM SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, DELAY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
